Books By Covers was a project where writers and poets were asked to create a piece in response to an image I designed. My aim was to subvert the traditional relationship of writer>designer by designing the cover first, and letting the writer interpret it whoever they wish. The cover has been screenprinted using gold ink and the book is section sewn.
